Therapeutic Mustard Bath

This intensely therapeutic bath utilizes the warmth of mustard to open pores and release toxins, and provides drawing and cleansing actions with the salts and clay.

2 cups borax
1 cup sea salt
1/2 cup mustard powder
8 drops each of the following essential oils: eucalyptus, rosemary or ginger.

Instructions: combine all of the ingredients. Scoop 3 heaping teaspoons into bath water. Allow the mixture to dissolve for a few minutes and jump in!

Oat straw Hair Rinse

Shampoo your hair as usual, rinsing and applying crème rinse if desired. Pour 1 cup/250ml strained oat straw infusion over hair and massage in; don’t rinse it out.Towel dry hair for best results.

Fruit Mask

Many fruits help to keep the balance of the skin. It controls the Ph levels and prevents facial skin from becoming too dry or oily. The combination of bananas and avocados makes the skin much softer and beautiful! Like Brazilians says: “delicious”.

1 Banana 1/2 Avocado

Instructions: Smash the banana with half an avocado until it becomes a homogeneous puree. Use it on the face, which becomes more effective if left on the skin for 30 minutes. It is simple and so effective!

A home feels warmer when it is decorated with things we like. Natural flowers add beauty, personality and a special touch of romance to our daily routine. Flowers can brighten our day and give us a sense of tranquility in the evening.

In the bathroom – Use flowers with the most penetrating fragrances like jasmine. In the bedroom – Create an element of harmony by placing a small flower vase on the night table filled with flowers that have soft fragrances like roses and lilacs.
In the kitchen – Choose flowers that will thrive in the sunlight: like geraniums and African violets.

At the entrance – Create a sense of joy and warmth. Place a large basket filled with colorful flowers like lilies and daisies near the door.
