Here are some very simple exercises can help you to “get” small things that happen in your life, but that sometimes may be difficult to perceive. These exercises will help you become a more intuitive person, and experimenting with them will help you achieve better results. The existence of the sixth sense is a fact that you can’t set aside.

You can, however, learn to access this intuition and train it like any other sense. In order to do this, it’s necessary to practice daily in order for this ability to flow naturally. Many men and women can and should learn to equilibrate their intuitive side with their rational side.

Through the intuitive side, one can tap into their abilities to create, innovate, prevent dangers and lost opportunities. Through the rational side, one can organize the pros and cons of life questions. Therefore, the great secret is in learning to use both sides on a daily basis. Whoever can do this without doubts will have more chances to do well in life – to succeed in your decisions and avoid problems that can be avoided.

  • Write down everything that passes through your head – without censorship and without even reading what your write – for 10 to 20 minutes a day.
  • Find some kind of manual work to do with wood, clay, paraffin, or whatever material you choose. While you’re working let your thoughts flow freely.
  • Meditate: close your eyes, relax your body and silence your mind. This should be done daily. The exercise is most effective right after you wake up and before you leave for work. Try to remember your dreams. In the morning. After waking up, stay in bed for an extra 5 minutes and note any important observations.
  • Vary your daily routine. Note down 5 things that you do everyday and discover ways to do them differently. For example, take a different route to work in the morning. If you’re accustomed to taking a walk in the morning, do it in the afternoon instead. Instead of turning the television on at the end of the day, read a book or listen to music instead.
